Credits

I am grateful to all those who helped to make the realisation of this game possible. Therefore I would like to mention a few people who spent their time for THE STONE.

Music

The main music for THE STONE was composed by Xzess Music. Xzess Music is known for producing high quality music for games especially for the Blitz community. For Blitzusers who don't know Xzess, I recommend to follow this link. The produced tracks are called:

Thanks also to some artists on The Freesound Project which provided samples to the game.

Emitters

The particle system was done using Lotus R2, originally coded by Noel Cower.

AI / Pathfinding

Thanks to Patrick Lester and his A* Pathfinder library. The AI-part has been developed using a finite state machine (FSM) programmed by myself.

HUD

I am not sure if AlphaGUI is being called a framework, but Jeppe Nielsen provided those basic functions to create a nice HUD within hours. The HUD elements where created by myself.

TESTING

I would like to thank everybody who tested the game and provided useful feedback. Altough most people had lot's of ideas how to improve the game, not everything could be implemented at the end.

Main code, 2d/3D art, game design and concept

All these tasks have been done by myself. Using Blitz3D and some old functions of former games which you can find here.
